(More customer reviews)The item was very cheap to begin with...not inexpensive cheap, but poor quality cheap. The screen was pushed in and it was unusable. The company did take it back, but I am still waiting for a credit for over a month now. The description clearly states "monitor" but I feel it is very easy to think this is a DVD player in the headrest. That's what I was looking for and for the price, it should have had one. It was cheaply made.
