(More customer reviews)UNPEEL THE STICKER TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES! THERE IS A SMALL SCREW HOLDING THE TRIGGER TOGETHER!!!! ITS UNDER THE STICKER!!!!
After 1 hour to trying to force the thing off because I thought that it snapped on and off. I broke bits and pieces off the side. I eventually forced it open and snapped it. When I looked inside, there was a screw holding it together. I turned my Transmitter around and there happens to be a sticker right on top of the screw, so you don't even notice that a screw is holding it together.
MAKE SURE TO PEEL THE STICKER OFF AND UNSCREW IT AND IT SHOULD PULL APART!
Other than trying to figure out how to replace the battery for the past hour. I ended up using cords for a shoot because I didn't want to deal with it. They work pretty good. It would randomly misfire but that was probably because my battery was dying. Make sure to get a couple of decent batteries. I wouldn't trust the batteries they give you. I give it 4 stars because of the random misfiring but that was probably caused by a dying battery and the fact that they didn't have instructions on how to replace the batteries for the transmitter.
I used these on Alien Bee 800 watt lights on the beach and they work just fine.
