(More customer reviews)I ordered these last spring with the seat stanchion mounting kit and wireless headphones. I love the idea of the permanent mount for safety. The monitors arrived and came with nice carrying cases. Easy to install. Right away, the monitor that does not play DVD's started having issues....blue lines, noise, lots of video issues, and finally, no video. Nextbase was helpful, and helped me troubleshoot. They decided it was the monitor and sent me a new one. It tokk 4 weeks to get coming from China. It arrived in just a bubble mailing envelope with a declared value of $10. It worked great for a week, then a different set of video issues arose - blue lines, and the tint will blink back and forth between green and brown. I have not called nextbase again yet on this since it is more intermittent. I want to love these as the design is awesome.....the quality is just so-so.
Also - Many of my kid's disks will not play in here as it reads only some video formats.....some disney disks, sponge bob, etc would work. For the money these cost - I can't recommend.
