(More customer reviews)I don't review much but we are regular customers of Amazon distributed products. We were very excited to see this product become available. Configuration and technology wise, it is a perfect solution for us to teach our fitness classes with.
For 8 weeks it performed perfectly. Easy to use and great sound quality.
Week 8 the ear clip broke. We contacted Samson for repair. We got sent to a third party and they provided an RMA. Sent in entire set but could not get an indication of when we would expect it back.
We purchased a 2nd set.
8 weeks later, we had not seen the original set and the 2nd set broke in exactly the same place - seems it is a common problem.
We contacted Samson again, inquired as to status of our first set and if they were doing anything to remedy the chronic issue. No response. 2 more contacts, 2 more times for them to ignore us.
We have purchased 2 sets in 4 months, we don't know where one is and the other is broke. We are not excited about sending it into the service black hole.
We will find another solution. A simple call and some customer service from Samson could have made this a completely different experience.
Suggest you buy 2 or 3 of these if you plan to purchase so you can keep them rotated.
