(More customer reviews)I purchased this item approximately 3 weeks ago to use with my IPOD Nano in the car. It does charge the IPOD, but does does not make anything close to a tolerable connection on any frequency.
The "SMART" technology either finds a current radio station or brings you right back to the same frequency you are already on and not getting reception. I found that if I manually move up and down the channels on this device and then move the car stereo channels along with it, I can find half decent reception. This is somewhat difficult in the car while driving.
I am returning this item and going to keep looking for something dumb that works.
